Thank you for visiting my website and your interest in Mc-Pools. I have worked with water chemistry for the past 20 years. My interest in it and my career started in Hillsboro, Oregon. I was responsible for the only park that had a small water feature, the Reedville Skate Park. The water was in poor shape, so I began looking into how to maintain proper water balance. My best resource was at The Hillsboro Shark. There I found a great man who was patient enough to answer all of my many questions. He taught me how to properly test and balance water and much more.

As time went on, Hillsboro parks began to grow, and soon the 53rd fountain was built. As the only aquatics professional for parks, I was tasked with maintaining 53rd street. Before I knew it, Hillsboro was in the midst of a water park explosion. I helped guide and build the Hillsboro parks water fountain program that brought so much excitement and fun to over a hundred thousand citizens.

When I decided to start a business, I knew I would need to learn how to care for residential pools. So, I applied to a local pool service company and spent a year gaining valuable experience. Then I began to build my very own pool service company. I have always had the motto “make it better than how you found it”. For the past three years I have been doing just that.
